AIRS classes introduce students to a host of free sourcing tools and techniques with the goal of boosting recruiter effectiveness. CDR 11.0 follows this tradition by providing recruiters, sourcers and talent acquisition professionals with the information, tools, resources and strategies to help them create or improve upon diversity recruiting efforts . In this course, learn to tap into diverse candidate pools with a variety of tools and resources that can be added to any sourcing strategy.
