He has experience working in various industries including: Information Technology, Sales, Management Consulting, Medical Device, and Manufacturing. Jon has always enjoyed helping companies find the best talent for their most challenging openings. He has led successful and creative recruiting initiatives to source and hire candidates and is regarded as a top performer in managing difficult searches. His true passion is helping others. Whether it be filling a difficult search with top talent or helping someone in their career search, Jon has put his focus on the people he is working with and creating strategies and processes to support their end goal. Jon holds a Bachelor�s Degree in Social Sciences from Michigan State University with an emphasis on Human Resources and Psychology.
