Tiffanie Ross
VP, AIRS Training
Tiffanie has over 15 years of experience in the recruitment training industry. She has expertise in product and market strategy, new product development, operations and delivery excellence, competitive analysis and business growth.

Tiffanie joined ADP in 2008 as part of the industry-recognized AIRS acquisition. She currently leads the AIRS recruitment training product team for ADP, building on over a decade of experience developing and growing AIRS Training into the market leader in the recruitment training industry. Tiffanie relies on her extensive resource management, operational logistics, planning, and product marketing background to drive product development and global branding for the company's suite of training product offerings, and is instrumental in integrating AIRS Training into the RPO model for internal and external client teams.

Prior to joining AIRS, Tiffanie worked as a Marketing Manager for Anacomp where she was responsible for executing on product and marketing strategy to support the sales and product teams. She also worked as a Consulting Coordinator for Daou Systems where she led consulting teams as they worked to integrate technical systems across merging healthcare systems. Tiffanie earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin.
